Slave Lake RCMP investigate attempted bank machine theft

On February 13, 2020 at 3:37 AM, three suspects attempted to steal the bank machine from within the Servus Credit Union on Main Street in Slave Lake. Two of the suspects used concrete saws to enter the building then tried to gain access to the bank machine.  After failing this attempt, the suspect tried to use a tow strap to dislodge the bank machine from the building. However, the tow strap was of insufficient length and the suspects were not successful. The three suspects then fled the scene. 

Two of the suspects are believed to be male while the third is a female. If you have information on this incident, please contact the Slave Lake RCMP at 780-849-3999 or call your local police.
