Canoe trip from Smith to Athabasca
Keepers of the Athabasca is set to host the first of its ‘Flowing into Right Relationship’ paddling and workshop series from June 29th – July 1st.
The canoeing adventure will take place on the Athabasca River starting in Smith and ending down at the annual River Rats Festival in Athabasca.

A few highlights of the weekend’s festivities include a talk by local historian Sheila Willis from Friends of Northern Alberta Historical Society, exploring Tomato Creek and 17-Mile Island, Tipi raising, and partaking in the first Flowing into Right Relationship workshop.
