Unless something newsworthy happens, the next COVID-19 update will be May 19.

As of May 15, outdoor gatherings of under 50 people are allowed, says Dr. Deena Hinshaw, Alberta’s Chief Medical Officer of Health.

Slave Lake remains at five cases – all recovered. There are no new Alberta Health Services North Zone cases.

Across the North Zone there are 228 cases. The majority of these cases have recovered. There are 195 recovered, 18 active, and 15 deaths.
