Kinuso hosts second Lakeshore Volleyball League games

Kinuso hosted the second Lakeshore Volleyball League set of games. Three of the five schools participating won three out of their four games.

The Lakeshore Volleyball League is made up of junior high girls volleyball teams from five area schools. It meets every Wednesday during volleyball season and each team plays for games.

St. Francis of Assisi Secondary School Falcons, Roland Michener Secondary School Rams, and Slave Lake Koinonia Christian School Wolves, won three games and lost one.

Kinuso School Knights won one and lost three.

Oski Pasikoniwew Kamik (OPK) Bears, from Bigstone Cree Nation lost all three games.

St. Francis of Assisi won against Kinuso 21 to 4. St. Francis beat Roland Michener 21 to 14. St. Francis won against OPK 21 to 15.

Roland Michener beat Slave Lake Koinonia 21 to 4. In a close game, Roland Michener won against Kinuso 21 to 19. Roland Michener beat OPK 21 to 10.

Slave Lake Koinonia beat OPK 21 to 1. Koinonia beat St. Francis by three points, 21 to 18. Koinonia beat Kinuso 21 to 11.

Kinuso won against OPK 21 to 9.
