‘Escape the Room’ with friends this weekend

Here’s a reminder about the upcoming ‘Escape the Room’ fundraiser happening on May 5th and 6th at the Alliance Church in Slave Lake.
For those who don’t know what ‘Escape the Room’ is, well, it’s fairly simple – you pay to be hypothetically locked in a room with up to five people and have to solve riddles to get yourselves out.
It’s all in good fun and The Leader is told the rooms are large (to help ease anyone with claustrophobia) and the doors are not actually locked. Funds raised from the two-day event will be put towards sending supplies to the Kiziba Refugee Camp in Rwanda.
There are two rooms to pick from, the first is ‘Pokémon Go’ and the second is called ‘Nursery Nightmare.’ Admission is $15.00 per person per room and each session is 45 minutes long. The rooms will be open from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on May 5th and from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the 6th.
