Judge G.W. Paul
The young man suspected of murdering 25-year-old Chantelle Hole appeared in court via closed circuit television from Edmonton Remand Centre (ERC).
Provincial Crown Attorney Jordan Lenett advised Judge Paul that the case is being waived down to St. Albert as the Edmonton Crowns’ office is overseeing the case.
Soon-to-be retained defense attorney Brent Boisvert didn’t have any reservations about the decision. The suspect’s next court appearance is on August 28th, 2017.
Hole was found dead in her home near Smith on April 29 of this year.
