Isaiah Thunder of the team Forever Undecided looks like he’s made up his mind to swing for the fences in a Slave Lake Slo-Pitch League game on May 30 against Pitch Slapped. Thunder’s team won by six or eight runs. Also pictured are Pitch Slapped pitcher Justine Ricard and catcher Jessie Proulx. According to league president Ryan Ricard, 18 teams are in the league this year. With a later-than-usual start, the league plans nine weeks of play with 18 games per team, culminating in a playoff tournament on the last weekend of July.
