Police seek tips on school vandalism

Desmarais RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in solving a crime in which suspects broke several windows at Oski Pasikoniwew Kamik School and set a storage shed on fire and vandalized several other vehicles on the Bigstone Cree Nation in Wabasca, Alberta.
On Jan. 18, 2018 at approximately 4:00 a.m., two suspects walked up to the front of Oski Pasikoniwew Kamik School and went to the rear and broke several windows. The suspects then attempted to steal the school bus and set a school storage shed on fire. The suspects then fled on foot.
Damage to the school and the surrounding property is estimated to be $15,000.00. Desmarais RCMP are asking anyone who recognizes the suspects in the attached photos to give police a call.
Anyone having information on this or any other crime is asked to contact the Desmarais RCMP at (780) 891-3768 or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS. Tipsters may remain anonymous and Crimestoppers tips leading to the arrest and conviction of suspects may be eligible for a cash reward.
