Let’s see…

M.D. of Lesser Slave River Reeve Murray Kerik seems to be contemplating where to make the snip on the ceremonial ribbon at the Widewater Fire Hall Park official opening on July 18. Joining Kerik on the scissors is Widewater Athletic Association President Barry Hannah. Others in the photo are M.D. councillors.
The park was an M.D. project, helped by a $50,000 financial contribution from the Widewater Athletic Association. It includes various playground components, a paved trail, a basketball court and a surrounding fence.
