The 2018 edition of the Canadian Tire Anglers Cup is a bit over a month away. It goes June 15 and 16 on Lesser Slave Lake. Local businesses are supporting it, including those pictured.
Bruce Allarie of the organizing committee said they are hoping for 100 entries. If that happens, the payout should be $40,000 for top spot. Look for details on the tournament website at anglerscup.ca.
The tournament will again be supporting the firefighters’ society and the curling club.
